Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications made at Heritage Residences, located at Muyenga-Kironde Rd Kampala, Uganda. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to comply with the refund terms detailed below.
Full Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
Partial Refund Policy
Cancellations requested between 24 to 48 hours before the check-in time will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or failure to arrive (no-show) are strictly non-refundable.
Early Departure Policy
Guests choosing to depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights.
Special Offers & Promotional Rates
Reservations made under promotional, discounted, or special offer rates are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Reservation Date Modifications
Requests to change reservation dates are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Any applicable difference in tariff or service charges must be borne by the guest.
Non-Refundable Rate Plans
Certain rate plans or packages offered by Heritage Residences may be classified as non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline. Such conditions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Group Booking Refunds
Refund terms for group reservations may differ from individual bookings. Guests are advised to review the signed group agreement or contact the hotel directly for clarification.
Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, Heritage Residences reserves the right to offer credit vouchers, rescheduling options, or alternative solutions instead of direct refunds.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the guest’s payment method, bank, or financial institution.
